We collect and process your personal data exclusively for event registration and management purposes. This includes:
- Name *
- Pronouns
- Email *
- Presentation Submission (Yes/No)
- Attendance Details: Attendance Type *, Additional Adult Family Members, Additional Child Family Members, Book Extra Day
- Accommodation & Meals: Need Accommodation, Meal Preference *, Dietary Restrictions or Allergies
- Donation: Select a donation amount or choose a custom amount (including 0)
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory for registration. We use this data to:
- Confirm your registration
- Manage and organize event participation
- Communicate with you about the event
After the event has concluded, all registration data is permanently deleted from our active systems four weeks after the event. Please note that in our backup systems, the data may be recoverable for up to two months, after which it is overwritten.
